Roy Daya is an AI and DeepTech entrepreneur who has spent over two decades helping organizations extract truth from their data. His career spans fraud investigations, industrial safety systems, audit analytics, and AI strategy consulting across dozens of countries. He holds a Kellogg MBA and has pursued and continues to pursue PhD-level research in AI agents and expert systems, the effectiveness of computer vision for industrial safety, and applied linguistics — across both academic institutions and private organizations.

He founded his first technology company, Digital-Clay, in 2003. In 2012, he launched AppliedML — an AI consulting and product company specializing in computer vision for industrial safety and operational analytics. In 2022, he founded POVA AI to bring the same depth-first, evidence-driven approach to business auditing. He served as Chairman of a Mensa regional chapter and is a member of the Prometheus Society.
