What this covers
This policy covers the public website at pova.ai. Privacy and data handling during POVA analysis engagements are governed by the engagement agreement and summarized on the Security page.
What we collect
This static site does not use cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising. We do not collect personal data from visitors through the website. No visitor profiles are built, and no data is shared with advertisers.
Fonts and external resources
This static version uses local CSS and system fonts. It does not load externally hosted fonts. External services are only used when you actively click an outbound link, such as the Google Calendar scheduling link.
Booking
If you book a call through the scheduling link, that interaction is handled by Google Calendar. Any information you provide there is subject to Google’s privacy policy. POVA receives only the appointment details you choose to share.
Product data handling
POVA analysis products process customer data under a separate engagement agreement. The Security page describes the baseline data lifecycle, retention practices, operator model, and deployment options.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. We do not notify visitors of changes because we do not collect website contact information.
